Thursday, 12th November 2015 marked the conclusion of regional phase for the Efficient Energy Use and Planning 2014B training program. The regional phase was  held in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam from 3 – 12 November, 2015. This is phase 4 of the EE2014B training program and the regional phase is implemented in collaboration between LIFE Academy, Sweden and Vietnam Green Building Council (VGBC). 25 participants from Asia and Africa meet again to discuss the progress of their change projects, learn from Vetnam’s enery efficiency experience through lectures and study visits.
