The regional phase of the International Training Program ’ICT and Pedagogical Development 2015B’ was held in Kigali, Rwanda from 21 – 27 April 2016.This is phase 4 of the ICT2015B training program and the regional phase is implemented in collaboration between LIFE Academy, Sweden and Green Hills Academy, Rwanda 25 participants from Asia, Eastern Europe and Africa met again to discuss the progress of their change projects, learn from Rwanda’s experience on integration of ICT in the education system through lectures and study visits.
