The first regional phase of the programme is being held in Arusha, Tanzania from May 2- 10, 2019. 30 participants from 6 different countries includnig Ethiopia, Kenya, Tanzania, Zambia, Zimbabwe and Mozambique are participating in the regional phase. The objective of the regional phase is for the participants to be formed into country teams, identify and prioritise challenges that can be further developed into change projects which will form the basis for the work to be carried out during the entire programme period.

The regional phase is held in cooperation with LIFE Academy’s local cooperating partners in Tanzania, TAREA – Tanzania Renewable Energy Association. The programme is implemented by LIFE Academy and sponsored by Sida.
