The Regional Phase of Wind Power Development and Use (WP2013A) training was held in Chennai and Kanyakumari, India from 30 October to 08 November, 2013. 25 participants from various countries across Asia and Africa met to interact on the progress of the implementation of their Change Projects and to learn from the Indian experience on wind power development through study visits and interactive lectures.
